These kids have a dream! We are a growing neighborhood in the Samaria hills, the kids need a place to meet friends and play. Mothers need a place to take their kids and also meet friends. A park will change kids and family life here for the better on weekdays and especially on Shabbat! (It's right outside our synagogue.)
